• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries if needed for safety, fairness, or rule compliance.

Behaviour and conduct

We expect all dancers, parents, and teachers to behave respectfully toward others, adjudicators, and staff. Any form of bullying, rudeness, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification or removal from the venue.

 

Photography and media

Official photographers may capture photos or videos for results, memories, or publicity — only with prior consent. See our Photography & Filming Policy

We take every care to ensure safety but cannot accept responsibility for personal property, injuries, or losses except where required by law. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of their children at all times. By entering any of our events you are declaring that your child is well enough to compete.
